General polypropylene spinning machine has 4 functional areas:

① Polymer melting device: screw extruder.

② Melt conveying, distribution, spinning and heat preservation device: elbow, spinning box (melt distribution pipe, metering pump, spinning head assembly).

③ Filament cooling device: spinning window and cooling sleeve.

④ Wire rod collecting device: wet oiling mechanism, guide wire structure, winding machine or wire receiving device.
