A main component of chemical fiber spinning equipment. A kind of metering pump. It is used to control the flow of spinning solution or melt to the spinneret, so as to control the fiber size. It requires small size and precise structure, and sometimes requires high temperature resistance. It is usually made of stainless steel. There are two kinds of gear pumps and piston pumps, the former is more commonly used. The spinning pump accurately measures the polymer solution or melt and delivers it evenly to the spinneret. Early use of axial piston type spinning pumps is now used in gear type spinning pumps. According to the different spinning fluids measured and transported, the spinning pumps can be divided into two types.
Composition
A spinning pump consists of a bottom plate, at least one tooth plate, a cover plate, a drive shaft, an inlet channel and multiple outlet channels for the flow of spinning fluid. The channel is aligned with the corresponding channel of the pump seat, and the fastening screw passes through the through hole through the adapter connected with the cover plate, the tooth plate and the bottom plate, and screw into the screw hole of the pump seat. The adapter has a groove with a certain depth parallel to the contact plane between the bottom plate and the connecting surface, and the spinning pump has a good seal on the contact surface between the bottom plate and the connecting surface under high melt pressure.

Melt spinning pump
For melt spinning, also known as heat pump. Its main parts are: upper cover plate, lower cover plate, intermediate plate (8-shaped plate) and a pair of working gears located in the 8-shaped hole, two shafts and coupling shaft. The drive shaft of the spinning pump drives the driving shaft to rotate through the coupling shaft, and the working gear is driven by the key. With the rotation of the gear, the spinning melt in the suction chamber is continuously filled with the tooth Valley and is taken to the extrusion chamber. When the teeth of the two gears are meshed with each other, the volume of the extruding chamber is reduced, and the melt is pressed towards the spinneret. The working temperature of this kind of spinning pump is close to 300 C, and the cleaning temperature is as high as 450 C. Therefore, the material of the spinning pump must not be deformed at high temperature and has good wear resistance. In order to meet the needs of multi-end melt spinning, stack pump, 3-gear spinning pump and its stack pump have been developed. The advantage of this kind of pump is that a spinning pump is equivalent to 2, 4 or more ordinary spinning pumps. Another high pressure spinning pump can meet the requirement of high pressure spinning at 300~500 kg / square centimeter.
Solution spinning pump
That is, the wet spinning and dry spinning pumps. This kind of pump uses the temperature is low, according to the spinning solution nature, selects the corrosion-resistant and the wear-resistant material manufacture. The driving gear of the melt spinning pump rotates clockwise while the wet spinning pump rotates counterclockwise. Compared with the ordinary gear oil pump, the spinning pump is characterized by small modulus of working gears, more teeth; high precision, can reduce the uneven flow rate; low working speed, about 5-60 revolutions / min, spinning fluid can fill the tooth Valley in time. Spinning pump is a special standard component with high precision on the spinning machine. The accuracy and uniformity of infusion affect the fineness of silk sliver.
